Itesys hat Thomas Kohlmann zum neuen Head of Service Operations ernannt. Er übernimmt die Leitung der Business Unit, die SAP Operations, Infrastructure, Service Management und IT Operations umfasst, und berichtet direkt an Managing Director Sascha Lioi. Kohlmann verfügt über langjährige Erfahrung in internationalen IT- und SAP-Teams. Zuletzt leitete er das SAP Competence Center bei Burckhardt Compression AG in der Schweiz und Indien. Zuvor führte er bei Bucher Municipal AG das ERP Competence Center und verantwortete bei Sonova während mehr als zehn Jahren internationale SAP-Rollouts, Prozessoptimierungen und den Aufbau eines globalen Architektur-Teams.
